Lua is a programming language, even if you can't program the default install adds a few useful tools and I shall be adding pre-made scripts soon.

to install just extract the archive from below to the Resources/plugins folder and start X-plane
Under plugins there will now be a FlyWithLua option, meaning the plugin is working.
coming next a Lua script to make your clouds fancy.
